Deposits & Bookings

• On booking we require a deposit of 25% to secure the booking, the balance is due 6 weeks before the apartment rental commences.
• There is also a security/damage deposit of 300 Euros payable with the balance of the rental, this will be returned within 14 days of the completion of the rental, in the event of there being no damage caused.
• Claims against the security deposit will only be made in the event of damage to the furnishings and accessories in the apartment, reasonable and fair, normal wear and tear will not be subject to any deductions. However it is important that any damage is notified very quickly to either the building manager or by e mail or fax so that action can be taken to rectify the damage. Any damage not notified and discovered after the client has left, will be notified to the client in writing and a deduction will be made from the deposit.
• All bookings are subject to our  acceptance and written confirmation from Andalucia Country Property.

Cancelation

• Cancelations must be in writing, either by e mail or fax, our   fax number is 34951239141 ( no prefix is required)   in the event that you cancel your apartment rental the following charges will be implemented.

• 60 days before rental commences deposit   will not be refunded
• 60-30 days before rental commences  50%  of the rental cost  will be charged
• 30-14 days before rental commences  70%  of the rental cost will be charged
• 0-14 days before rental commences  100%  of the rental cost will be charged
• We recommend that our clients buy appropriate travel insurance to protect from any potential cancelation.

Rental periods

• The normal rental period is Saturday 4 pm until the following Saturday at 10 am.
• Mid week and weekend rentals are sometimes possible but these need to be confirmed with us direct by e mail.

Apartments

All our apartments are cleaned and stocked with a welcome pack for your arrival, please ensure that the apartment is left clean and tidy as if we have to spend more time cleaning a really messy apartment the additional costs will be deducted from any

Occasional changes and redecoration may mean that the apartments can vary from time to time, we reserve the right to make these changes and alter the details on the site.

Availability

Our apartments are normally available from 4 pm on the day of arrival to 10 am on the day of departure
